Still waiting

Still not had my delivery yet. Despite being on Royal Mail 48hrs it seems the delivery is still sat at a depot in Bristol which it has been for the last week. I understand there has been some bank holidays in there but seriously! I sent an email about the situation but still haven't heard anything.
