My purchase was great, the service was amazing, I called the Friday in a panic as everywhere I had called up to that point, had sold out of the bag, Sara ( if i remember) was great! So polite and helpful and reassured me of the delivery, which was the next day! All this the week before Christmas!

I contacted the store a few weeks back trying to get hold of a Christmas Jellycat. They offered to take my details and if it became available they would contact me. I was informed it was actually 2024 Christmas stock so they were unsure if it would come back in.
