Delivery, Collection and Returns

Delivery

We use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries. If you place an order before 12pm (Midday) Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch it the same day (excludes Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 12pm Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday).

Available shipping options will show at the checkout. Most items are under 3kg and will be shipped at our standard rates. Where the weight of your order is over 3kg you will be offered the Heavy/Large item rate. 

  • Royal Mail Tracked Standard - £4.50 (2-3 working days from dispatch)
  • Royal Mail Tracked Fast - £6.50 (1-2 working days from dispatch)

Free Delivery

We are offer free Standard Delivery when you spend £40 or more on eligible products  - there are currently no exclusions. 

Collection

Collection is only available from our Cardiff store between 9.30am - 5pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 4.30pm Sunday. When you receive a notification that your order is ready to collect, please come to the store with a copy of your order confirmation and identification. Call 029 2037 3770 if needed.

Returns 

We really hope you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, then please return it to us in its original condition following the steps below within 14 days. 

  • Returned items must be unused and have their original tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, food, drinks and Jewelry items cannot be returned.
  • Please package the item securely and enclose a copy of your dispatch note, or details of your order number, name and address.
  • Return the item using a tracked and insured delivery service such as "Royal Mail Tracked" and please retain proof of postage for your records - the items are your responsibility until they arrive back with us.

Exchanges

Due to the cost of delivery we are unable to offer a free exchange service. If you would like to exchange an item, please return your item for a refund using the process above and place a new order for the item you would like.
