Lovely soft teddies for my two girls beautifully packaged. Swift delivery. Highly recommend
I searched and searched for the right material, colour and design. So pleased when it arrived. Thank you
My order was delivered really quickly and so well wrapped and packed. It is a present for my grandson who will love it. Thank you.
Perfect item, that was shipped and arrived promptly in great condition. I’ve long loved the UFO and it was the icing on the cake finding it here discounted! The only reason I’m giving four stars is that, despite being well wrapped in paper and boxed, the item did not come with a legitimate jellycat dust bag to help with authemticitu.
Hi there, thanks so much for taking the time to write a review and we're happy to hear you liked the fast delivery and price. As with all other official Jellycat partners, Jellycat don't make the dustbags available to us, they are only available when you purchase direct from Jellycat.com - we appreciate your frustration though and will raise this point with Jellycat. As an independent family business it's really important that we get the chance to listen to feedback and improve our experience.
Perfect Halloween gift for my new baby granddaughter at a good price
