Snowdon Marmalade

This marmalade was originally created for the Snowdon Mountain Railway shop based on the summit of Mount Snowdon.  It takes its inspiration from the ingredients used to make a Snowdon pudding – a steamed lemon pudding made with lemon marmalade, lemons and raisins – that was served to climbers upon their descent from the mountain!

• Ingredients:  Sugar, lemons (40%), raisins (5%), filtered water.
• 240g Gluten free and suitable for vegetarians & vegans.
