The item was dispatched quickly, wrapped very well and arrived in good time.
Item was how it should, however, it didn’t come with an official jelly cats carry bag that you usually receive when you purchase a jelly cats product.
Being a last minute dad, my daughter announced the day before her birthday she wanted a Jellycat Bear. I searched for the one she wanted but out of stock everywhere. I looked on Google and found the little welsh company and placed an order immediately. Within 2 hours it was ready to collect (probably because I placed the order at 8am on a Sunday morning when they were closed so not a negative at all) I called into the store and met a very helpful member of staff who checked my details and handed my well packed and wrapped order within a minute. The store was well presented and had a great selection of Jellycat products of which I will be taking my daughter back to get more.
The bear is of a high quality and very “cuddly and cwtchy” which my daughter absolutely adores.
