Celtic Weave Cwtch Mug

A little on the small size for a decent cup of tea/coffee. The heart shape handle is pleasing to look at but not so comfortable to hold.
Other than that, I'm very pleased with it. Prompt delivery too.

I first saw one of these mugs at my Sister's home and was so impressed by it that upon returning home I immediately ordered 2 as gifts, I anticipate buying more for the same reason in the forthcoming year(s) including one for myself.
In addition to the beautiful quality of the Mug the customer service could not have been better, the staff put the effort in to make sure everything runs perfectly and give your purchase a personal touch.

What an amazing shop, and what fantastic customer service.
You know how a good a retailer is when something goes wrong.
I bought a gift, had it sent by Royal Mail, tracked the order and it never got to its destination.
While doing this, the shop tracked the order and could see that it had not been delivered and sent another gift out straight away that was received a couple of days after.
I then received a telephone call and an email apologising even though it was not the shop's fault at all.
I gave them a ring and they were extremely polite, helpful and caring.
Many retailers could learn a thing or two about the way that Shop Wales operates!
I know where I shall be shopping for Welsh gifts in future!
